Creating an unusual interior is a challenge in itself. But to make it still fast and inexpensive seems impossible! That is what we thought when we discussed the project with the client. We agreed at once that the project is ordered unaccompanied, with a selection of basic materials and furniture, and that all questions for speed will be resolved remotely, over the phone. For ourselves we could not believe that the client could meet the deadline, but what was our surprise when a couple of weeks after the start of construction we started getting video-messages with questions from the construction site!

On the one hand, we were lucky to get the space, already after the previous tenant's renovation. On the other hand, we broke down almost all of the partitions and changed the layout to suit our customer's needs. To begin with, we decided on a palette in gray and blue tones. In addition, during discussions with the client it became clear that he does not want to follow any particular style and that his main desire is fusion and eclectic, which could find a place for futuristic art, and home comfort, and a reference to history. So from several attempts and trials of the pen we have collected something single, which eventually found its embodiment. As a result, minimalistic joinery panels, industrial reception desk, metal profiled perforated panels and classic, carelessly trimmed stucco appeared in the interior. But despite this contrast, the space retained its visual integrity and was filled with its own, unique spirit of place.
