The immediate proximity to the complex of GLAVAKINO on Novorizhskoe highway inspired the theme of cinematography, so the name of the project was born - LUMIERE - which has many meanings at once. Like the birth of cinema - it is the originality of the new format of environment (in fact, the project offers an urban quality of housing, comparable with the best multi-level penthouses or club mansions in the city center), and the philosophy that the whole world - the setting, and people in it - actors (or main characters). And vice versa, man is the spectator and the world around is a permanent film: that's how the idea of facades-decorations was born. It is also the desire to create the atmosphere of a quiet European street with dense buildings, alleys, a central square, cozy and chamber-like. The increased density of the houses, combined with the landscaping of the driveways, the structural landscaping, and the lighting design take the viewer from the suburbs to the quiet suburbs of London, or Paris. At the same time, each house retains a small private plot of land, has its own parking for several cars, and the presence of a central square with a playground, canopies, swings, shady alcoves and bike parks only enhance this immersive effect. Location of the quarter in 10 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, or half an hour drive to the City, puts it on a par with the urban housing, located in the city center. Only with ecologically clean environment around: the estate Arkhangelskoe, Yusupovsky Park, nature reserve Lohin Island, and the Moscow River in 15 minutes' walk.
The block consists of five duplexes, each for two families, and five detached houses. All buildings share the same stylistic solution - intelligent modern classics of the main facades faced with natural stone and even more modern, minimalistic architecture of the rear facades. The landscape design and landscaping deserve a separate description, including various types of paving, small architectural forms, children's play area, designed in the form of artificial hills with indoor space for games, covered gazebo, swings, picturesque and secluded alcove in the green with benches for rest.
The presence of thoughtful lighting design of common areas - streets, grand staircases, small forms - makes the environment comfortable and friendly, and the neighborhood itself is gala.
